The staff was friendly efficient and extremely helpful, I'm grateful for their help. The location was perfect and nice as for me, close enough to the town centre, and places to eat. I was surprised at nearby Osborne's Cafe and Grill, they had some goodies, drinks.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a shopping area, right by shops, promenade and places to eat, bars and restaurants, and the pier, the beach, and the viewpoint up the hill. The room was brand-new and top-notch with separate bathroom and pleasant views. The breakfast was fresh made and fantastic and there were plenty of options. I booked it many times and recommend.
